It has a large garden of 1500m2, offering plenty of options for sitting out and dining under the shade of a big Mediterranean pine. The house sleeps 6 to 7 people and has a spacious downstairs area due to an attractive extension running the whole length of the house providing an extra breakfast room with sliding glass doors leading directly to the garden.
The other strong feature is a 9m x 4m pool with Roman steps. It is completely fenced-in with a wrought iron fence and has a 'jacuzzi' button feature at one end.
Ideal for family holidays it is within minutes walk to the centre of Magalas village - a lively thriving Mediterranean village with two restaurants, one really excellent, a couple of bakers, a small fruit and vegetable market twice weekly and a couple of good wine 'caves'.

The house is just 900m from the picturesque old village centre. It is a typical Mediterranean wine-producing village with several excellent wine domaines. Magalas is also renowned for one of it's restaurants called
'O Bontemps' - a Gastronomic experience. There is a colourful local market twice a week, a pharmacy, a doctor, a post office and a two cafes , one with Wi-Fi.
Beziers 12 km. The cathedral dominates this busy market town, rising majestically above the river Orb. The lively Feria in August lasts five days; bull-fighting, paellas, flamenco dancing, and partying in the streets until the early hours of the morning.

Mediterranean beaches 25 km. Valras, Serignan, Portiragnes Plage.
Parc Naturel du Haut Languedoc 20km North of Magalas are the mountains and rocky gorges of the Caroux mountains. Great canoeing on the river Orb.
Agde 25 km. Old historic town and fishing port, founded by the Ancient Greeks. Nice market, excellent seafood restaurants
Cap d'Agde 30 km. 'Aqualand' (huge water-slides, etc.) 27-hole golf course.
Pezenas 30km. Lovely Renaissance town centre, with artisans workshops, and plenty of restaurants. Good food market Saturdays.
Narbonne 35 km. Once the capital of Roman Gaul. Famous cathedral.
Montpellier 65 km. Large university town.
