Kaiku is arguably the most exceptional private gated estate in Cayman Kai. A short walk from the famous Rum Point Club. The six bedroom, four and a half bathroom main villa and two bedroom, two bathroom guesthouse are bordered by a 16-foot fishtail palm privacy hedge, electric privacy gate and vacant lots on either side; meaning that a stay at Kaiku one of utmost privacy. The house is not visible from the road or gate. Gardener watches after the beach and gardens M-W-F and is available for helping guests as well.

This luxurious estate is a perfect getaway for a large active family or five adult couples. The estate has a large freshwater pool (heated in winter), heated spa, large private dock, multiple jet ski docks and a screened porch featuring a second large dining table and upholstered conversation group with a retractable sliding glass wall that connects with the spacious interior. Kaiku offers The best landscaped estate of any rental villa on Grand Cayman. Those who have visited the Hawaiian Islands will feel right at home, especially at night when the grounds are illuminated.

The main five bedroom (plus Nursery) house features clean, airy vaulted architecture, plenty of large windows, a modern kitchen with gas cook top, two washer dryers, two refrigerators, wireless internet access, five HDTV's with central air conditioning, security system with exterior cameras, indoor outdoor sound system and lighting system. ground floor waterfront media room opens out to the pool area and manicured beach area.

The two bedroom, two bathroom guest house is also beautifully furnished with a wall of glass along the living room and kitchen that look over the garden, pool and Cayman Kai Cove. Guesthouse also has wireless internet access, central air conditioning, TV and washer dryer. Owner offers a lower rate in low season for smaller families and groups not needing the guesthouse.

The grounds of the estate have evening illumination that rivals that of Disney World's Polynesian Resort with fire torches on beach. The property is lovingly maintained of by a non-resident groundskeeper.

The large pool deck has a cabana for shade as well as outdoor built-in barbecue with sink, fridge and ice maker. Outdoor shower on both the boat dock and the pool areas.

One of Kaiku's best features is the exceptionally large private dock and four floating jet ski berths. If you rent a boat or jet skis, you can moor just behind the house or if you arrange a chartered sail or snorkel trip you can simply be picked up from your own private beach! No trips to the public docks necessary. The beach and calm cove are ideal for a rented Hobie cat as well. The house is situated on the quite cove in Cayman Kai for calmest water, excellent paddle-boarding and minimal wind in winter. For ocean barefoot swimming, our guests will go to the Rum Point Club.
