Entering La Luz, you find a big living room with a big comfortable couch on your left, with double doors opening on a French balcony. Two master bedrooms with double beds and ceiling fans. On the other side the toilets on the left, the bathroom with a shower on the right.
The apartment is equipped with central heating to keep everything and everybody warm and cosy in the winter.
You can almost see the blue sea from the balcony. The beach, Nuevo Mar Bella, a 4.2 km stretch of golden sand, is only four minutes away on foot.
You'll find free showers to wash off the sand, a beach library, a lounge restaurant on the pier, and the beach cafes. These offer good music and drinks until late in the night. The beach has access for disabled.
The night life along the beach is very pleasant, with the Chiringitos, which are small bars with a very large terrace (the beach), good music, special DJs, drinks until late at night! -

Description of this Barcelona Vacation Rental Property
La Luz Barcelona is beautiful and spacious old-style apartment (85m2) next to the beach of Barcelona. La Luz Barcelona gives you an experience of traditional Spain. You could be meeting Antoni Gaudi here. The floor is covered with original tiles from the 1900's with mosaic patterns, the doors are in colonial style and the apartment is built in the typical "Boveda Catalana" (Catalan vault) way, which is a type of low arch made of plain bricks. It is traditionally constructed by laying bricks lengthwise over wooden beams.
The thick walls keep the apartment cool during the hot summer. There is a small balcony where you can sit and have a nice breakfast. You will feel the Mediterranean atmosphere right away.
And last but not least; the beach is right around the corner from La Luz Barcelona. It is a 4 minute walk down to the beach.
You can live your dreams in La Luz. So, relax, dream away in the warm Spanish sun and have a fabulous time.

Pueblo Nuevo, where la Luz Barcelona is located, has its own Ramblas, which is a 5 minutes walk from the La Luz Barcelona.
The Ramblas of Pueblo Nuevo are very lively. In the day time, during siesta time (from approximately 1 PM until 4 PM), many local restaurants offer a lunch menu. In the evening the many restaurants serve food outside on their terraces.
On your way to Las Ramblas de Pueblo Nuevo (Poble Nou), you find the local old centre with little shops selling olives, fish or other local products. A bit hidden away behind the pedestrian street, you'll find the indoor market, with lots of smoked ham, jamon serrano, chorizo or delicious cheese. There is a big supermarket on the top floor ( Mercadona)
The new shopping mall Diagonal Mar, in front of the Forum, has lots of clothing and fashion shops. "Rebajas" (sales) take place several times a year; watch out for the "segundo rebaja", following the initial sales, it is even cheaper.Property Location:

Damage deposit will be returned to you after no damage inspection if no damage occured.
