• Paseo de la Presa is an area where people have their weekend home. It is a very beautiful part of Guanajuato overlooking the mountains, a park area and a pond. It's very quiet and at the same time only a 20 minute walk from city center. There is also a bus stop close by or it is very easy to take a taxi that charges only 30 pesos to downtown. There is beautiful architecture in Europe and interesting new art. There is a very nice cafe 5 minutes from the house and two restaurants as well. You can take the new entrance near the house to get out quickly from the center to go to the bus station or to go to San Miguel de Allende during the day.
