A non-refundable deposit of 100 Euros is required to confirm all bookings. Final payment is required 4 weeks prior to arrival. A security deposit of 100 Euros is also required on arrival this is to cover against any breakages or damage to property, this is fully refundable once the property has been checked prior to departure and is payable to the keyholder. A standard cleaning charge of 75 Euros payable to keyholder on arrival which covers cleaning on departure and change of linen and towels. Welcome pack on arrival.
