Villa Nadege is an exceptional and quite luxurious country house which has been finished and decorated to an extremely high standard with a large attractive garden, a huge summer kitchen, and a private heated pool measuring 12mx6m.

It is situated on a hill in a picturesque Mediterranean village, in an area of great natural beauty with great views; an intimate landscape of small hills with limestone scarps and hardy Garrigue woodland. Yet, the property is only appx 30 minutes drive from Nimes and appx 30 minutes from Uzes, so plenty of interesting historical sites to visit and excellent restaurants are close by.

This spacious country house (280m2 of living space), was built 7 years ago, and has been furnished with great attention to detail and style by it's young charming owners. They have created wonderfully light and airy living spaces. The bedrooms are furnished with a pleasing mix of antique and modern furniture.

The real jewel is the garden (3000m2) with a lush lawn and some old olive trees, where one dines al fresco under the shade of the covered summer kitchen. The heated swimming pool has an extensive paved terrace around it with plenty of sun-loungers.

The summer kitchen and the pool house comprise 120m2; this structure with large timbers and Provencal tiles houses an ultra modern summer kitchen with a built-in BBQ, a 5 gas ring cooker, 2 fridges, a beautiful stone sink, a curving designer bar, and a hi-fi for evening entertainment. There is also a modern, large walk-in marble shower, a sink, and an independent wc.

The house is well placed for airport access since it is only appx 35 kms from Nimes and appx 80 km from Montpellier airport.
