Our newly built Villa will allow you to leave your busy life behind and to soak up the sun and sea in style, immediately being rejuvenated by the energy of the ocean and the calmness of the beach. And for a change of pace, the lush gardens surrounding the villa offer as much enjoyment and serenity as the peacefulness of the ocean beach. Our home, completed in 2007, was designed and built to be a carefree retreat from our hectic lives.

The full time staff of three keeps everything going so you don't have to think of a thing but relaxing and enjoying the tropical beauty.

Located on 3 miles of secluded Litibu Beach, just walk out the gate and go from the softness of our lush green grass to the softness of our beautiful golden sand beach. Swim, surf, or boogie board in the ocean. Swim and play in our large infinity pool. Walk or jog on the beautiful wide beach. Play croquet or bocce ball on the lawns. Throw horseshoes on the sand. Read a good book next to the pool or under a palm tree in the garden. Or if you fancy board or cards be our guest. Fish from the beach or in season watch the whales from poolside.

In season, if you are lucky, you will see baby turtle hatchlings making their way to the waters edge to spend 8-10 years at sea and returning to the same location to start the cycle over. Isn't nature amazing! For more comfort and fun receive an in-house massage from a certified massage therapist. For even more fun we can arrange salsa lessons in our home.

As an extra bonus, the stars are spectacular and makes dining out under them a special delight.

Quinta Christileen is located on Litibu Beach, 45 minutes north of the Puerto Vallarta airport. It is 5-10 minutes north of Punta Mita with the Four Seasons and St. Regis Hotels, as well as the popular Mexican restaurants and Cafe de Artists on the beach.

For adventure off the property, hire a boat in near by Punta Mita for a fishing excursion, close-up whale watching or snorkeling at the nearby islands.

Sayulita, a popular local tourist and surfing destination, with restaurants and shopping is 15 minutes in the other direction. Horseback riding and zip lines are nearby and the new Greg Norman golf course is almost next door.

Two of our staff of three live on the property and are always present for your pleasure, yet they are ever aware of your privacy. Our gardener lives in the nearby village. Our staff will grocery shop and prepare breakfast and lunch for you. (Of course you pay for the food and beverages). And for an extra charge our cook will prepare gourmet Mexican dinners, so you never have to leave the serenity of your own home.

Our home is gated with an automatic entrance for your vehicle. Since our Quinta Christileen is new, it has the latest water filtration system and for peace of mind, we also provide a hot and cold bottled water dispenser and commercially produced pure ice. You will have nothing to worry about which is what vacations are all about.

More about our property:
The Litibu Suite has a king bed with direct access to the pool area. Its beamed ceiling and three tropical ceiling fans are very warm and romantic. Breezes dance through the accordion doors to the pool deck and lift the shear curtains to flicker the light. The second fireplace gives the room that added ambiance of coziness. All bedrooms have screens and separate air-conditioning controls so you can regulate temperature in each room. An adjacent screened and louvered loggia is great for night time reading or just enjoying the breezes and views. The Litibu suite bath area is separately air-conditioned and has a one way picture window so you can sit in the jetted tub or stand in the rain forest shower and never miss a view of the ocean, yet no one can see in. In addition, the shower has three invigorating spa body jets.

The Sayulita Suite is on the second floor at the North end of our home which is the direction of Sayulita. It has a king bed, granite toped end tables, a sitting area, and private bathroom with shower. The suite has magnificent views of the Litibu beach and the ocean from the room and the bathroom. All bedrooms have screens and separate air-conditioning controls so you can regulate temperature in each room.

The Punta Mita Suite is overlooking the Punta Mita peninsula, Litibu Ensenada, and beautiful Litibu beach. The suite has two queen beds, a sitting area, and a private bathroom with a large shower, which also has a magnificent view of Punta Mita. All bedrooms have screens and separate air-conditioning controls so you can regulate temperature in each room

The Poolside Bedroom has two double beds, private bathroom with a shower, and direct access to the pool terrace. It has beautiful views of Punta Mita, Litibu beach, and the pool terrace through accordion louvered doors. All bedrooms have screens and separate air-conditioning controls so you can regulate temperature in each room.

The Casita is a separate building adjacent to Quinta Christileen. It is located on the second floor of the garage and apartment for our on-site staff. The Casita has its own kitchen with stove top, oven, refrigerator, microwave, large closet, and separate bathroom with a shower. In addition, The Casita features beautiful views of Litibu beach, a large living/dinning area, and a king bed. The palapa top and open air is particularly charming and romantic at night.

In the main house the kitchen is gourmet with all professional appliances, granite counters and beautiful views of the garden, pool and ocean. Each bedroom and the kitchen is air conditioned, although the refreshing ocean breezes make the use of air conditioning almost unnecessary. In the grand living area, with its spectacular fireplace, the ceiling is two stories high and surrounded by a beautiful banister balcony. On the balcony is the library and Television area. Of course there is a DVD player, VHS, Satellite TV and Satellite radio, stereo sound systems for Satellite radio, CD and MP3/IPOD plug in with 3 separate zone volume controls. The telephone system includes a local Mexican line, wireless high speed internet and a Vonage, Voice over Internet line for Free calls to the United States and Canada. Our staff will grocery shop and prepare breakfast and lunch for you (of course you will need to pay for the food and beverages). One great pleasure is the freshly squeezed orange juice every morning. For an extra charge our chef will prepare gourmet Mexican dinners. If you chose, you never have to leave the serenity of Quinta Christileen.

Our private concierge, will meet you upon arrival, show you our home and answer any questions. She will give you her cell number so that if you need anything during you stay you can reach her easily.

If you need extra services, baby sitting, massages, bartenders, reservations, etc. she will be able arrange it for you.
